Since 2010, HCLLC has provided risk management and contract disputes resolution services to contractors, subcontractors, law firms and insurance/surety companies - nationwide. Mr. Hendershot has 39 years of executive management, line management and project management experience in various capacities for construction, aerospace, insurance and professional consulting companies.
Mr. Hendershot provides expert services to the construction and energy industries providing Agency CM (Owner's Rep) services to Owners; contract disputes management and resolution services to Owners, General Contractors and Subcontractors; Subcontractor Default Insurance (SDI) (Subguard® & SDI) proof of loss claims, coverage interpretation & expert witness testimony; builders risk insurance claims; and provides Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program development and implementation services to Owners and General Contractors.
Mr. Hendershot also has extensive experience in developing and resolving Federal contract request for equitable adjustment (REA) disputes and Federal contracting claims.
Mr. Hendershot is the nation’s only qualified Plaintiff's expert witness in Subcontractor Default Insurance (SDI) Proof of Loss damages, indirect schedule delay analysis and SDI policy coverage disputes. Dale Hendershot has testified as an expert witness in AAA hearings for both Subguard® and SDI coverage disputes.
Finally, Mr. Hendershot has provided expert witness testimony and reports on large, complex construction disputes to include testimony on damages calculations, extended overhead damages, inefficiency claims and forensic schedule delay analysis.
